Former United States Ambassador to India Kenneth Juster has said that Delhi did not want Washington to mention China’s border aggression in its statements. “The restraint in mentioning China in any US-India communication or any Quad communication comes from India which is very concerned about not poking China in the eye,â€? Juster said on a Times Now show.
