Heavy overnight rain in Maharashtra’s Konkan region has led to massive flooding in Chiplun city in the Ratnagiri district.Residents of Chiplun sought help from Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, on Twitter, to relocate to safer places.
