Eye Super Specialty hospital group ASG,  has now opened its first branch in Goa. Located at Caranzalem, at the ASG Eye hospital all eye-related diseases complicated or otherwise will be diagnosed and treated under one roof in this super specialty eye hospital. Services such as Cataracts (Phaco), Lasik, Vitreo-Retina, Oculoplasty, Cornea, Squint, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Neuro-Ophthalmology and others are available in this hospital. 



The medical team at ASG Goa will consist of five experienced doctors; Sean Socrates da Silva, Aditya Kajave, Chandraprakash Oli, Piyush Jain and Akash Yadav.



The launch was held on Tuesday in the presence of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Health Minister Vishwajit Rane. In his address Sawant said that in the future we require super speciality treatment in eye care as a lot of people have to travel outside Goa. “If people can get super speciality treatment here that will be the best for the people of Goa.�



Sawant said that when there’s investment from private sector, it is always good. “We are welcoming such kinds of investment so that jointly with the government, the private sector can do better for the people Goa.â€? 



Among other distinguished guests to grace the occasion was Member of Parliament Francisco Sardinha.
