Bengal floods: SCR to short terminate/originate some trains #IndiaNEWS #Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Due to water logging at Tikiapara station in West Bengal, the South Central Railways (SCR) has decided to short terminate/originate some of its trains.
To ensure the safety of the passengers, four trains scheduled on September 20 Secunderabad to Howrah (02704), Yesvantpur to Howrah (02246 and 02874) and Chennai to Howrah (02822) were short terminated at Santragachi.
Three trains commencing journey on September 21 — Howrah to Puri (02837), Howrah to Vasco-Da-Gama (08047) and Howrah to Chennai Central (02821) — will be shortly originating from Shalimar station.
